How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to the UK on most items is £3.75 and is sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 (£4.85 for Tracked 24). Forage Boxes and Bundle Boxes all have free UK delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Orders to the UK sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 should be delivered in 2 working days from dispatch. Tracked 24 orders should be delivered in 1 working day from dispatch.
How long do my treats last and how should I store them?
Treats are freshly made to order and will last up to 2 months if stored correctly. We recommend storing treats in an airtight container away from direct sunlight. Our Teddy's Bakery Treat Jars are perfect for this!
How often can I feed treats?
Although all of Teddy's Bakery's treats are made with natural, high quality ingredients, they can be high in natural sugars and we reccomend feeding sparingly to all small animals.
Do you accept returns?
